For the past few years, the Hawaii County Police Department has been participating in the Green Box Pilot Project, which was started to develop a paperless booking system by providing for the single-entry of demographic criminal history information. "I'he State of Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center, a Division of the Attorney General's Office, had procured the computer software and hardware for the Green Box Pilot Project and now wishes to transfer its ownership to the County. The total estimated value of the equipment is $171,000.
