Re: Resolution Accepting Donation
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the acceptance of a donation of four (4) oil
paintings for the Department of Public Works. This donation, to be displayed at the
Aupuni Center, is being made by Mr. Clayton Bryant Young, P.O. Box 6438, Hilo,
Hawaii 96720-8928 and has an estimated total value of $16,000.

Works.

A. REQUEST:
To accept and acknowledge a donation of four oil paintings for the Aupuni Center.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Council action is being requested to accept and acknowledge the donation of artwork to the County of Hawaii. These
four pieces of artwork are oil paintings, valued at $4,000 each, for a total $16,000.00 will be displayed at the Aupuni
Center.
