1IIdFIE1~E~AS, Territorial Builders, Inc. has donated a custom two-man lifeguard tower to the Department
of Parks and Recreation; and
VIOFIEI2~AS, this lifeguard tower, with an estimated total value between $12,000 to $15,000, will be
utilized by County of Hawaii Water Safety Officers at Kahalu'u Beach Park; and
WI~~R~AS, Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter provides that the Council, on
behalf of the County, may accept gifts or donations of personal property; and
