RE: Bill 23, Draft 2 -Relating to Public Notification of Proposed Development
Attached for your review and transmittal is the above bill. Draft 2 includes the following
amendments:
1. requiring applicants to certify that notice was posted and that notice has not been
removed prior to any hearing where a hearing is required;
2. changing the effective date; and
3. making a number of technical and non-substantive changes.
