SUBJECT: Extinguishment of Easement
`Ola`a - Mt. View Water System

`Ola'a Reservation Lots; `Ola`a, Puna, Hawaii
Enclosed is a resolution which authorizes the Extinguishment of Easement for the
Mt. View - `bla'a water system. The Department of Water Supply no longer requires the
use of the easement due to the relocation of the pipes that services the system.
