Regarding the revised ordinance, Bi1125, Section 11-4 (b) entitled "Requirements for Residential
Uses (1) says "Four or fewer residential units or lots: no requirement,"
I am concerned that this language may offer developers a significant loophole that would allow
them to avoid pmvidiag affordable housing in this County. Developers should not be permitted
to secuoe a scquenec of building permits that art limited to the conshuction of four units thus
avoiding the requirements for affordable housing. I believe that the policy should take this into
consideration and make the number of units cumulative over a sequence of building pentnits.
