Regardingthe revised ordinance, Bd125, Section 11-6. Calculation of In-lieu fees,l think ; t
would be more clear regarding the formula for calculating in-lieu fees if the word "each" would
be substituted for the word "a" in the .first sentence of (a) and (b) so that they would read, "(a)
ILe is-lieu fee for each completed dwelling unit and "(b) The in lieu fee for each finisked lot
The word "each" does appear in (c) and (d). This change would make the language uniform
throughout the sectioa.
