SUBJECT: BILL 18, DRAFT 6, ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE
HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION) RELATING TO REFUSE
FEE SCHEDULE: GREENWASTE TIPPING FEE
Forwarded for your review and consideration is a proposed Draft 6 of Bill 18, relating to the
County tipping fees for any solid waste or organics schedule.
This draft of Bill 18 reflects a refinement to the language of the existing bill. It will more
accurately reflect where greenwaste and organics locations would be allowed.
The change is shown below.
(2) Greenwaste and Organics Diversion
(A) All clean greenwaste and acceptable organics must be delivered to a spesi€~ed
permitted County greenwaste and organics collection facility.
