AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 04-75, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2004 TO JUNE 30, 2005.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 04-75, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005,
is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation:
PUBLIC WORKS:
North Hilo/ Hamakua Highway Maintenance Building Construction
(110-199.5193.06) [$700,000] 1 200 000
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources $ 500,000
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
