Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 22, reports as follows:
Bill No. 22, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 32-OS by Finance Director Willianr Takaba,
via Communication No. 69, dated January 7, 2005, amends Ordinance No. 04-74, as amended,
the Operating Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005. The amendment is as follows:

010-221-5221.02 Fire Protection - OCE General $200
Mr. Jeffrey A. Griffin, an official of the Western Fire Chiefs Association, has graciously donated
$200 to the Hawaii County Fire Department to be used towards the department's Safety
Incentive Award Program.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 22 and
recommends it pass first reading.
