SUBJECT: ATTACHED BILL 192 DRAFT 2, REGARDING THE
COUNTY'S SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN
Attached is a proposed Bill 192 Draft 2. Bill 192 Draft 2 amends
Bill 192 by correcting numerous technical errors and incorporating
some suggestions made by Councilmembers. I would appreciate this
Bill being placed on the neat Human Services and Public Works
Committee agenda for further review and consideration.
