My name is Annette Stanger. I am at my wits end in trying to expose a group,
of criminally insane anti-semites who must be stopped immediately ftom
scapegoating me and turning Hawaii's children into sadistic monsters as in ? e ~
Nazi Germany. I am amiddle-aged, middle class Jewish woman whose sole ~ ~ r
income is social security disability. I have worked hard all my life and had my ~ ry
own business as a word and data processor and training consultant. I have also
been employed as a paralegal for a prestigious law firm. I had a home, friends
whom I loved to entertain with my recipes, and a family. I even had an IRA. I
have always been (and still am) a neat, clean, intelligent and personable woman.
I do not smoke, don't do illicit drugs, or drink to excess. I have never done
anything illegal, bad or wrong and I defy anyone to find otherwise through
any legitimate agency or department!!
When I began to suffer from a deteriorating disk and arthritis condition, I
came to Hawaii in order to live in a warm climate and experience the Aloha
spirit I was told about by my brothers who had come for lengthy vacations. I
came and stayed. This was over twelve years ago. On Kauai, I was a very
successful fundraiser for SHOPO and the Firefighters Association.
I am volunteering this background information because I am experiencing the
most blatant, sadistic, life-threatening anti-semitism that a person could ever be
subjected to and still survive with her brain intact. I am really scared and must
appeal to the people.
There is a core group of people who are so fanatic and lunatic that they stop at
nothing to spread vicious lies and rumors about me so that people will gang up
on me and carry out criminal acts upon my person and property. Several bogus
documents are being created on the Internet and then punched up and
distributed as the real thing I heard that they are doing this with phony photos
and recordings, too. The most frightening aspect of all of this is that I am
being disfigured and its being done with a certain glee that I just can't identify
with on any human level. These lunatics find it such a hysterical joke that they
can convince people to have such a distaste about me through their stories that
they make it seem fun to hurt me. They say its a show or a movie. But there is
no show or movie and never will be. Children are being encouraged to do
despicable, disrespectful things to me, and are being turned into sadistic
criminals. One of the stories that came back to me is that people are being told

that I am an escapee from a mental institution and that the police are in on this
set-up, so its OK to harm me. And the most horrible, disgusting lie is an
implication of something about hurting children. This is unconscionable!!
Additionally, people are being conned out of their money by being made to
believe that they are learning how to be an actor. I overheard a man say to
another, "if this Jew bitch thinks she can take away from us this (money-
making) set-up we've been working on for so long, we'll make sure she cries
like a baby the next time she looks in the mirror, (ha, ha, ha
Sadly, they've even got some members of the Hawaii Police Dept. to believe
their lies so that my complaints are treated like a joke. Before police arrive,
they seem to have a negative, preconceived notion about me. So much so, that
people who should have been arrested for hurting me are standing around and
laughing with some of the officers. These officers were so blinded by what
they've apparently been told that they actually tuned me out. I keep saying
"listen, please really listen to what I'm saying and how I'm saying it." These
sadistic creeps keep telling the police to harass me, (and many have). Don't
they know a little aunty when they see one? Of, course there are truly
intelligent and honest cops on the force for which I wish there were more like
them. If some of the people hurting me turn out to be family or friends of police
officers, then surely there must be a way for the guilty to be made to pay
restitution without being arrested. I full well understand family ties, and I was
not born and raised here, but an officer's sworn duty to protect and serve the
victim must be the priority. These sadists are teaching children how to get away
with crime right in front of police officers if they are sneaky enough.
I am being scarred and marred by sand, feces and any detritus matter that
these Jew-hating lunatics could find to throw or spray me with, including tattoo
ink so as to "make me look like a vagrant, stupid, dirty street person", and God
knows what else. So many times I've heard someone yell, "we have to make
her look old, ugly and incompetent". A good deal of this disfigurement was
carried out at the Kawamoto swimming pool where I swam adult laps and
exercised. These fanatics deny their guilt and try to make everyone think its me
and not them (doing this to me). I once caught one car parked near me in the
pool parking lot blasting (a recording of) someone's voice ranting, crying and
cursing, and just plain sounding loony. They were telling people that this is me.
Lasers are being used on my face and body to disfigure me and I
recently discovered that a certain model is disguised as a mobile phone.
Additionally, a man whom I was told works for the Verizon outlet near
Walmart is giving cell phones to people (mostly teens) from his white
station wagon which contains a programmed list of bad things to do to
Annette and her car. This program also contains a frequency that emits a
static charge that lifts detritus and bugs into my face and body. This is
done so as to make it seem like a game rather than a sadistic ritual. The
people are thus convinced to ~ the phones and this establishment's
service. This is another one of the con games like the no-movie movie
established by the anti-semites to finance their operations and to subtly
brainwash the masses. Spraying bugs around also serves to increase their
fumigation business. I have also been sprayed with waterguns disguised as
cell phones tilled with caustic solutions which causes irritation and skin
discoloration. All ages now are being taught to use these dangerous, illegal
implements, so that I can hardly walk two feet without being harmed. Why
aren't the lasers being confiscated? An article in the newspaper told of the
FBI's investigation of laser users and confiscation and punishment on
Oahu and elsewhere. Can't we get them involved here?
My doctors (eye, skin and therapist) can do no more but attempt to treat me
after each incident. When I complained about these incidents to the lifeguards
and finally to the administrator, a story was concocted which led to an illegal
service of a Notice of Trespass. I did swim adult laps at the YWCA but its too
expensive. I have expressed this on-going Jew-hating situation in person and in
writing several times, including a presentation to the county council. And a
(published) letter to the Hawaii Island Journal newspaper about discriminating
against this aunty at Kress theater under the guise of "security" (backpack).
Apparently, all to no avail.
There appears to be some kind of contest for some low-lifes to be "the most"
sadistic towards me, and/or to have me barred from each and every venue that I
utilize under some kind of trumped up situation. This includes a storage facility
where they lied about my personality. Each time I find a place to live, or simply
stay, they send in groups of people to mess up and damage the property, to keep
me awake and cause me pain and suffering. and then complain to management

by lying and saying that it was me who was destructive or noisy. Sometimes
management is "in" on this "set-up", sometimes not. The most recent example
of this was at the Hilo Bay Hostel in town. Here, the worst thing that they could
come up with to say about me was that I was talking too loudly one night (most
likely a bogus recording). I had stayed there for three weeks and no one said a
word to me about any annoyance. I'm being considered persona non grata
everywhere and its so hurtful. This hostel was admitting some pretty scary
street people at a reduced price, yet only I was denied re-admittance.
I am quiet, clean and respectful. I take care of myself and mind my own
business. But my reputation is so destroyed and so opposite of who I truly am
and always have been that I have no home in which to live. My ID was stolen
several times, and because of that a real estate agency punched up a poor credit
report on me. I was told that she's a friend of some of the people blacklisting
me in all the other ways. And that's why I'm homeless. Additionally, even
those few opportunities that did arise where credit was not an issue, the
reputation I was given by the lunatics preceded my meeting the landlords and I
was turned away at the door.
I am also the new owner of a dodge neon 4dr red auto, plate number GXB437,
(purchased on 11/22/04). This new car took every penny I had. The first car I
bought when I came to this island was gutted beyond repair. I was forced to buy
a new car at auction, as no one was taken to task to make restitution for the one
this group of fanatics demolished. I was saving up to pay for rent and security
on a decent apartment. But because these creeps want me to fit the stories they
are telling about me I am being forced to live in this car, and as the first car, it
is also quickly being demolished. This car is new everything, but these animals
keep breaking and devaluing it. Dangerously so. Everything about this car and
its owner is legal and lawful. My car was in perfect condition when purchased;
newly painted, all new parts. No rust or corrosion topside or underside. All
wiring with original coil wraps intact. All weatherstripping clean and intact.
The dealers name was on the bill of sale and registration when I bought it.
Attached is a document which includes the license plates of suspected
individuals I believe are responsible for vandalizing my car, giving the orders
to do so, or witnesses of vandalism. They actually flaunt themselves in front of
me each time I return to the vehicle and discover another act of vandalism. I
have given this list to the Police. The old folks on this list encourage, recruit,
pay to spread viscous stories and to disfigure me. If I were to call police after
each incident, it would be every hour of the day, each day. All the recruiters get
people so riled up that one man recently deliberately poured hot coffee on me at
McDonald's Puainako, and ruined my clothes. I did file a police report.
Immediately after purchase, I took precise pictures and after the first act
of vandalism I showed the photos to a police officer. I am far from stupid
and have owned several cars over the past 30 years with an outstanding driving
record. I am awell-rounded woman with inherent tendencies toward awareness,
self-sufficiency and handiness. When I call police regarding a vandalism
incident, I hope I don't ever again hear:
1) what year is this car?
2) I bet it was like this when you bought it
3) who is your doctor?
4) are you on medication?
In the past, police listened to the polluters of truth. Some of these criminals
are bragging that: 1) "the police will never do anything to stop them;" 2) "they
own the police;" 3) "they are related or friends so no need to worry."; 4) "the
police are stupid, we do it right in front of them. The jew-haters, and just plain
criminally insane lunatics are also taking pictures of my car and spreading it
around the island so that when I go out of Hilo there will always be plenty of
folks made to believe that I am a pariah and give them permission to hurt me
and damage my car. I do intend to check in to every police sub-station in each
town upon arrival. Something I should never have to do.
The reason I know about the above claims and so much more is because
these lunatics stick speakers in/under my car in hard to reach places and
talk to me from their cars in a taunting, sadistic manner. They tell me all
the horrible things they are doing and will do to me. They also stick small
amplifiers under cushions and under car which shakes me up and
nauseates me. They keep reminding me how outnumbered I am.
After the Kawamoto pool incident, I met with several people who I
thought, upon hearing the truth of the matter, would take action to make the

perpetrators cease their harm of me and to rescind the Parks and Recreation
Trespass Notice. One such individual was Mr. Andy Levin of the Mayor's
office. I was flabbergasted and appalled that his sole concern was what the
County's possible liability might be with respect to the service of this Notice.
And because this most cruel and heartless issuance of this document was not
rescinded, these very same anti-Semitic lunatics came down to Pahoa pool and
did the same thing to me with a Pahoa lifeguard (a co-hort) and predisposed
police officer. But this service was truly illegal as it was served by the officer
not in the presence of the lifeguard, who was rude and crude and acted as
issuing agent instead of witness of Notice being served which is solely
generated by the Parks and Recreation Dept. He also did not know what the
County Codes mean. I explained that 15-9 was written in at Kawamoto because
the only charge they could come up with as an infraction was that I was "crying
that I was being hurt". And I was. And this time, just to be different, they
wrote in 15-24. That happens to refer to a car boom box as nuisance. I don't
have a boom box, but I WAS hurt in the shower locker room. This is the kind
of thing these mean people are doing. Arranging a situation where I am being
antagonized to the point of crying, then getting some kind of authority figure to
go along with them in restricting me from a beneficial venue. And then to
spread around lies about what the codes really mean and what really happened.
There wasn't even any warning, which is procedure. For all these technical
reasons this service was illegal. But technicalities aside, it hurts me to see how
easy it is for them to lie to police, etc. and, so far, get away with their "set-up".
I met with Puna Police Capt. Guillermo, and gave a copy of my complaint to
Pat Engelhart of the Parks Dept.
If you have any doubts as to my veracity, GO TO THE SCHOOLS and
watch the kids being put through their paces to call attention to Annette's
presence by suddenly stomping around her and making her chair vibrate. If a 5-
yearold is asked why they are acting like lunatics they will say they have to for
the set-up. If you ask them what is a set-up they will respond that they are
being taught to disrespect Annette for the TV show they are in. They are being
told to act like they aren't afraid of him by being nasty. People visiting Hilo
from elsewhere are asking what's wrong with the children? They suddenly act
like lunatics and grab their crotches. People are being told that I'm TOO
FLATCHESTED to be a woman.
GO TO WALMART and listen to someone talking over the store's
speakers from a car in the lot telling people how to "act" sadistically and hear
them narrate everything Annette does including in the women's room to make
me seem like the Public's object. Don't you see the similarities to Nazi
Germany? Adults and children were taught to ridicule and harm people who
are Jewish, as a public service, no less. Hear them tell security that its OK to let
people demolish Annette's car. See them hand out toxic substances in the
parking lot to throw in my face in the store.
GO TOP TIC CIVIC AUDITORIUM when there is a basketball game
and see an elementary school principal begin to call kids over to her telling
them to run up an down in front me in the stands. She looks directly at me with
an unmistakable smirk on her face. I have learned that this is a signal to
encourage all the kids and anyone else who wants to, to hurt me. Several people
then begin to throw debris in her eyes by lifting the cell phones with the special
frequencies. The phones are also programmed to make certain high-pitched
noises so as to prevent me from hearing anything they say except those talking
sadistically at me.
I can name several more public venues all the above is taking place all
day, every day. I know that one of their goals is to drive me crazy by all that
they are doing to me. And by talking over store speakers, the people are being
subliminally conditioned to do sadistic things.
I look to you to take proper action against those who are turning this
population into obedient Nazi's as people are being told to "just do what we tell
you and don't talk to the police, or you can't be in on the set-up." The
population not longer seems capable of individual thought. First, they are being
told the police are in the set-up, then they are told not to talk to the police about
what they are being told to do or are witnessing. They can no longer put two
and two together and recognize that what they are being told are a bunch of lies
with respect to who I really am. Incidently there was a fire at Office Max 2
days after my car was seriously vandalized in the Walmart lot in front of that

store. Coincidence? Maybe. But I wonder if potential witnesses are actually
being threatened.
So dear council members of this county, I implore you, no I insist that you
help me find a decent home, no credit nonsense or any further hesitation. My
Social Security disability income is $910 per month and I have always paid my
bills on time.
I insist that someone get on the horn to the police and fire departments
and make them aware of the seriousness of the situation and make it clear to all
the citizens not to hurt or teach their children to hurt aunty Annette or destroy
her car. I'd like to hear that the ones demolishing my car and disfiguring me
because they think its fun will be arrested or made to make restitution because
all of the leads and clues I gave the police should lead, through thorough
police work, to a justifiable end in my favor. If they ask the right questions in
the right manner, the children these lunatics are using will not lie. Attached is
the list of serious damages so far. Please don't let it get any longer.
I insist that these pool Trespass notices be rescinded immediately as it is
the only venue I have now for swimming and hot showers. I really don't want
to hear that it's this person's jurisdiction or that one's. It is your jurisdiction.
This County Council.
Please tell me how I can make you understand the pain and anguish I go
through every time I look in the mirror? Please tell me how to handle grown
men who are being made to feel like they are the "defenders of the Cross" by
stepping back on my toes when given a subtle signal. How to stop them from
making obscene gestures as they are doing a most cowardly thing. How to stop
them from teaching their boy children from growing up to become superficial,
ignorant brutes.
How would you fair if so many were told that you were a pariah, the scourge
of the earth and told not talk to you or be friendly but just to stare and laugh at
everything you say? How would you feel about being disfigured? . How can I
make people understand that I am really being hurt? And it is because I'm
Jewish as there can be no other reason.
Please hear me and know that I tell the truth about the terrible, ruthless
criminal brainwashing that is permeating throughout this island and maybe the
state. Help me stop them from continuing this unbearable senseless and
dangerous victimization of me while I still have the breadth to speak of it.
