RE: Withdrawal of Communication 53
I would like to withdraw Communication 5.3, and replace it with Communication 5.6. I
will be recommending Mr. Maunel S. Mattos Jr. to the Mayor's Police Fleet
Implementation Working Group as an ex-officio member.
