Re: Ordinance Amending Chapter 2, Article 15, Subsection 2-91.1(d) of the
Hawaii County Code Relating to Financial Disclosure Forms
Enclosed for Council consideration is a bill amending the Code of Ethics. The bill
was prepared at the request of the Board of Ethics. Its effect is to eliminate the
requirement for a short form Financial Disclosure Form. Since the proposal affects the
County Clerk as well, the bill was sent to the Clerk for review, who indicated she had no
objection to the proposed change.
