Amends Chapter 4 -Animal Control

The fees Have beeh raised and times shortened for the time ~ dog can„legally bark at night. However if
there a ~ny police officers around to issue a citation, .nothing will have changed. Considering the
vastness bf our island and the shortage: of officers there doesn't seem to be any light at the end: of the
tunnel,
I would like to add a Section to the revised coder
A TAPE,RECORDING, WITH DATE AND TIME NOTED AS WEIl AS THE NAME OF THE PERSON THAT IS
DOING THE RECORDING iS CEGAa_. THE PER§ON'THAT HAS DONE THE RECORDING WILL PRESENT THE
TAPE TO THE COURT.
Mitch Roth has stated that is already legal to use a properly identified tape. However lately judges have-
refused to accept them. In the "olden" dayawhen Idid animal control we-used tapes. I feel with such
A section. in Chapter q will encourage judges to accept-them.
