Dear County Council Member,
As a Hilo High School student, I suppoR the new animal control laws, because
my two brothers were bitten by our neighbor's dogs. These dogs were allowed to roam
freely, they also bark needlessly. I dolt think this is responsible behavior on the part of
the doffs owner. I hope that the new fines will be enforced so that the offenders will take
these matters seriously. Please pass Bill 4.
Thank you for all the work that you do for the state of Hawaii.
