BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 04-74, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2. Account No. Source Fund Amount 3302.37 Federal Grants -SAFE Coordinators Grant General $ 66,443 Total $ 66,443 SECTION 2. The Foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the following fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below: Account No. Function and Activity Fund Amount 010-201-5219.67 SAFE Coordinators Grant General $ 66,443 Total $ 66,443 SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the Council upon completion of the grant program(s). SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
