It is Thursday and our formal request to receive copies of the revised plat map and access easement documents has not been met. P.A.S.H. needs time to inspect the documents and the survey pins on the ground. The Council has scheduled the second reading for Bills 355 and 356 Tuesday March 1. ` PASH is asking that the Council postpone or reschedule the hearing date, or formally defer deciding this matter until such time all easement conveyance documents in favor of the County are received. The County needs time to review these documents as to form, inspect survey pins. The Council needs time to formally review and approve the dedication of the access easements, and then the documents can be recorded at the Bureau of Conveyances. Until the easement documents are recorded Continental Pacific LLC has not complied with its obligations under the Settlement Agreement and the public accesses are not officially open. Sincerely, Claudia Rohr PASH Board member 369 Nene St. Hilo, HI 96720 Comm. No. '9 Z • Z-~ Ref. To: P~eierstN AMR 1 ~nn~
