On behalf of the Board of Directors of Wat Hawaii Crime Stoppers. Inc. and
the community I am honored to recommend Dr. CIi11'oni D. Kopp, DDS to
serve on the Police Fleet Implementation Committee
WHCS have recommended a change from the present a~ibsidized program
for ten years and were the catalyst for the committee formation. Dr. Kopp as
Chairman of our marked can committee. provided vslc able input and support
which enabled the completion of our reports "THE PRICE OF VISIBILITY"
He has a very keen and analytical mind and an ability to understand a program
with suggestions which cu[ through the appendages and get to the heart of
what is required. Dr. Kopp Is very community minded and serves on the Kona
Rotary Club comroittee which plane and organizes the .luly 4th and the Christmas
parades. also on the walking trail cleanup group.
I have found Dr. Kopp to be a person of great integrity who shows oo bias of
any kind when discussing or planning community service. 13e will be an asset
to the Committee and I urge your acceptance of his nomination.
