Attached is Bill No. 40, Draft 3, which was the result of the following amendment made at today's
Finance Committee meeting:
1. Increase the amount of money in the fund balance by $62,500 in section I to $1,767,250.
2. Add $50,000 to the Department of Environmental Management's budget in order to
allow the department to to perform a feasibility analysis of establishing a curbside
recycling and trash pick-up pilot project tar Waikoloa Village, which adds a line to
section 2 as follows:

3. Add $12,500 to Department of Public Work's budget in order to allow the department to
build an asphalt sidewalk on Hobko in Waikoloa, which adds a line to section 2 as
