Dear Ms. Rohr:
We are in receipt of your letter dated February 24, 2005, and have the following response:
1. Request for transcripts of February 16, 2005 meeting
We are not able to provide you with transcripts of the February 16, 2005 Council
meeting before the March 1, 2005, Council meeting. By law, minutes must be made
available within 30 days after the February 16, 2005 meeting. When a draft is available,
we will contact you. Please be aware that the draft may not be approved by the Council
when it is transmitted to you.
We recommend you view and tape this Council meeting from Channel 52, Sunday,
February 27, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. Captioning is provided.
2. Request for written testimony submitted at February 16, 2005 meeting
The written testimony submitted at the February 16, 2005 meeting is available for pick
up at 3:30 p.m. today (Friday).
3. Request for copies of DVD of all committee/council meetings on Bi11355/356
Copies of the DVD of all committee and council meetings (with the exception of the
February 16. 2005 meeting) on Bill 355 and 356 are available for rental from our office.
You may rent the DVDs for a refundable fee of $10 per DVD per week. You may then
have the copies duplicated at a facility that handles such reproduction. When the DVDs
are returned to the Clerk's Office, the deposit will be refunded to you.
4. Request for communications/memos received since the 2/16/05 meeting
Copies of communications and memos received by the Council since the February 16,
2005 meeting are available for pick up at 3:30 p.m. today (Friday). Comm. No. O
