L To add $50,000 to the Department of Environmental Management's budget in order to allow
the department to to perform a feasibility analysis of establishing a curbside recycling and trash
pick-up pilot project for Waikoloa Village (accompanying resolution and bill forthcoming).
a. Increase the amount of money in the fund balance by $50,000 in section 1 to
$1,754,750
b. Add a line to Section 2:
010.801.5801.35 Solid Waste Fund Special $50,000
2. To add $12,500 to Department of Public Work's budget in order to allow the department to
build an asphalt sidewalk on Ho~oko in Waikoloa
a. Increase the amount of money in the fund balance by another $12,500 in section 1 to
$1,767,250
b. Add a line to Section 2:
