RE: Bill 366. Draft 3 -Relating to Maher, Change of Zoning Request in S. Kohala
Attached for your review and transmittal is the above bill. On second reading, Drafr 3 was
amended by adding a new condition:
The subdivision will not be approved until a letter of'no effect' is received from the State
Historic Preservation Office to the Department of Planning.
The attached version is the tinal version of Bil] 366 as passed on second reading.
