Community Septic System Study)
7~hese funds will be used for a preliminary planning study to determine the scope of the
community septic system project and funding strategies.
Councilmember Fred C. Holschuh, M.D., explained the funds are needed for a preliminary
planning study to determine the scope of the Honoka`a community septic system project and
Funding strategy. "fhis study will be undertaken due to the Federal government requiring the
elimination of gang cesspools.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 48-OS
and recommends its adoption.
