Dear Chairman Safarik and Council Members,
As chair person of Solutions: Neighborhoods In Action and member of the Animal
Control Task, we have been working on many problems, issues and concerns with
animals in the county of Hawaii. The Animal Control Task Force has been working on
Animal Control Ordinance Bill for the past two years and will continue this work after

2005 schedule for the Animal Control Task Force videoconferences:
West Hawaii will be at the Kona Mayor's Office - 75-5706 Kuakini Hwy and
for East Hawaii will be the Hilo Prosecutor's Office - 34 Rainbow
Drive. Below are the dates, times, contact information and partial agenda.
