Essentially, government participation in cannabis eradication is futile for basic economic reasons: increasing scarcity in a black market increases the price and provides a greater incentive for entrepenuers to enter the market. Therefore, whether government spends $3,000 or $3,000,000 the effect is counter productive. Please consider spending this money on education, prevention, and treatment instead.
