Re: General Fund's Fund Balance (Bill 40, [5rafr 3)
l ask that you consider amending Bill 40, Drafr 3 by decreasing Transfer to Capital
Projects Fund by $75,000 to $600,000, adding Research and Development by $10,000,
adding Parks and Recreation by $25,000 (Pana`ewa Zoo Monkey Display), adding `
Transfer to Sewer Fund by $20,000 and adding Transfer to Highways Fund by $20,000.
The purpose of the Transfer to Sewer Fund is to contract a design for a community septic
system for 9-% mile camp (030.631.5651.02.115), while the purpose of the Transfer to
Highways Fund is to install streetlights (020.28L52813232115).
The following amendment affecting the appropriation to the expenditure account(s) is
summarized below:
