Dear Council Members,
I want to tell you my feelings and hope you can understand where I
am coming from. I am against Bills 29,30,&31 and 32 which if approved
would allow Puaa development and Sulfolk Investments to be built
they would impact the already bad traffic problem. We can not make
them rent for below market unless they have rent control , so much
for the affordable housing plan for that development. That is just a
carrot waved by the developer. I am being calm now but I really
worried about this project .Planning said no and recommend that it
not be approved ,they are right.
