FOR T~ COUNTY OF IIAWAI`I F(~R TIDE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2005.
BE IT ORDAINED I3Y TIIE COUNCIL OF TDE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 04-74, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

3303.45 Federal Grants -Community Oriented Policing Services -Prosecutors General $ 200,000
Total $ 200,000
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the
following fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:

SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the Council upon
