Below please find an amendment to the above bill for your consideration. The proposed
amendment will reduce Transfers to Capital Projects Fund by $450.000 and add $450,000
to Legislative Contingency Relief.

(1) Legislative Contingency RclieC transfers $75,000 to each of Districts 2, 5, 6. 7, 8 and
9.
(2) Transfer to Capital Projects Fund, which purpose is revised by eliminating the
appropriation to repairs and renovation of the County Building. Previous
amendments appropriated $75,000 to Laupahoehoe Boat Ramp Repairs
(I 10.599.593.90) and $20,000 to the Lincoln Park Improvements.
