CREATION OF NEW COMMUNITY SEWER SYSTEMS FOR PAHALA AND NA`ALEHU,

Forwarded for your review and consideration is a draft resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter

SUBJECT: Waiver from Finance Committee of Resolution No. ,relating to an agreement with and donation
from C. Brewer and Company, Limited, for land and $350,000 for the creation of new community sewer
systems for Pahala and Naalehu.
Duc to issues of timeliness and deadlines established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency in
regards to large capacity cesspools, I request a waiver of this Resolution out of the Finance Committee.
