Regarding bill 4 draft 4 relating to animals: ~ _
I think the changes will hurt responsible pet owners as well as the irresponsible.
I believe the previous laws were adequate and fair when enforced.
Specifically,
The liscensing charges are too rriuch. Although, a small increase might be advisable to generate more income.
The barking policy is now too abrupt. There is much good in consulting with owners of barking dogs and giving
warnings, etc. A hateful neighbor can cause much harm to an innocenct family with the wording on this bill.
