Dear Mr. Safarik,
Please accept this letter request to leave the above referenced property in the Orchard
designation that presently exists. We apologize for the lateness of this request but we just
recently took title to this property.
The property elevation does not exceed the 700 foot elevation previous County Council
guidelines had established as the minimum elevation for the "coffee belt." Additionally
our neighboring properties haue already been exempted from the Important Apiculture
designation.
