Though I feel that it was poor timing to add amendments to <br /> Draft 1, I still believe that we must pass Draft 9. We can then, ~ -x <br /> as a community, get on as quickly as possible with a proper <br /> amendment process followed by vigorous regional planning that will <br /> point our representatives and'our comnluni'fies in the direction of <br /> strong, enforceable planning before it is too late. <br /> Once again, I appreciate being able to take part in the Council <br /> proceedings by video conferencing.
