Subject: Bill 40 Draft 5
Below please find an amendment to the above bill for your consideration. The proposed
amendment will reduce the Legislative-Contingency Relief by $75,000, increase Transfer
to Highway Fund by $65,000 and increase Research and Development-Hawaii County
Resource Center by $10,000.
The following amendment affecting the appropriation to the expenditure account(s) is
