E3elow please find an amendment to the above bill for your consideration. The proposed
amendment will reduce the Legislative-Contingency Relief by $39,140, increase Transfer
to Capital Projects Fund by $32,000 and increase Transfer to Solid Waste Fund by
$7, 140.

for construction of a new basketball court at the Kamehameha Park and $10,000 for
playground equipment for the Waikoloa Park.
(2) Transfer to Solid Waste Fund, which purpose is revised by appropriating $7,140 for
the liawi Recycling Facility Upgrade.
