AGENDA REFERRALS Comm. 5.2: PROGRESS KEPORT ON COMPLIANCE WITH RESOLUTION 224-04, NAMING MEMBERS OF THE POLICE FLEET' IMPLEMENTATION WORKING GROUP From Mayor Harry Kim, dated January 8, 2005, reporting that the lbllowing individuals will be serving on the working group: Dwayne Miyashiro, Chairman (Mayor's designee). Deputy Police Chief Harry Kubojiri (Police Department representative), John Stewart (SHOPO representative), Bill Gray (Finance Purchasing representative), Randy Riley (Public Works. Automotive Division representative). Pudding Lassiter (Police Commission representative), Roberta [ lole (Mayor's community member). I~fugh Clark (Council's community member), Brandon Gonzales (Corporation Counsel representative) and Ron'fakahashi (Civil Service Representative). States they are waiting for the second community member to be appointed by the Council, and that they will begin the task soon, with clerical support being provided by the Clerical Center. FACILI"I~Y (Bill 36) (TMK: (3) 1-5-63:01) PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 15, HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDI'T'ION) (designates the name "Kahakai Park" for the above County facility, located in Hawaiian Beaches in Puna) From Parks and Recreation Director Patricia Engelhard, dated February 11.2005. transmitting the above bill.
