Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred Resolution 41-05,
reports as follows:
Resolution 41-05, transmitted via Communication No. 93, dated .lanuary 3 L 2005, from Director of Finance
William 'fakaba, authorizes the extinguishment of the utility easement for the Mt View-`Ola'a water system.
The department of water supply no longer requires the use of a portion of the Mt.V iew-'Ola'a water system
utility easement existing on Tax Map Keys (3)I-8-005:018, (3)I-8-005:125 and (3)I-8-005:145 due to the
relocation of the pipes in that service system.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose and intent of
Resolution 41-OS and recommends its adoption.
