For your consideration, attached is a proposed amendment to: Bill No. 123.
This amendment will be numbered: Bill No. 123. Draft 2.
Description of and reasons for changes:
Draft 2 makes minor technical amendments to the bill to comply with the County of
Hawaii's Legislative Drafting Guide and to incorporate a change made to this subsection
by Ordinance 96-124. (Deleted the reference to the "Special Forces Association" as it
has already been deleted from this subsection by Ordinance 96-]24.)
