Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 50, reports as follows:
Bill No. 50, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. L48,
dated March 3, 2005, amends Ordinance No. 04-74, as amended, the operating budget, ending
,lure 30, 2005. The amendment is as follows:

3609.11 Transfer from General Fund Highway $12,500
To:
020-3 01-530 1 32 N & S Kohala Road OCE Highway $12,500
(I lo`oko Road Sidewalk Improvement)
On February 28, 2005, the Committee on Finance amended Bill 40 to include $12,500 for the
Ho'oko Road Sidewalk Improvement in Waikoloa. This bill appropriates the funds for the
project.

Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 50 and
recommends it pass first reading.
