Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 51, reports as follows:
Bil] No. 51, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 149,
dated March 3, 2005, amends Ordinance No. 04-74, as amended, the operating budget, ending
June 30, 2005. The amendment is as follows:

(Waikoloa Village Curbside Recycling Program Study)
On February 28, 2005, the Committee on Finance amended Bill 40 to include $50,000 for the
Waikoloa Village Curbside Recycling Progr~un Study. 'Phis bill appropriates the funds for the
project.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 51 and
recommends it pass tirst reading.
