RESOLUTION NO. 76 05
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, a $27,000 appropriation will be used to prepare a professional philanthropic
community assessment for the purchase of County Parks and Preservation Lands; and
WHEREAS; an appropriation of $10,000 will be used for the purchase of materials for the
foundation, which existing playground equipment can be assembled at the Laupahoehoe Park.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk he and is hereby directed and instructed
to forward a co~~y of this resolution to the Director of Finance a.nd that the Director of Finance be
and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this
resolution.
