I ask that you consider amending Bill 40, Draft 5 by decreasing the Legislative
Contingency Relief by $75,000, increasing Transfer to Highway Fund by $37,000 and
increasing Transfer to Capital Projects Fund by $38.000.
The following amendment affecting the appropriation to the expenditure account(s) is
summarized below:
