we wish to express our dis-approval for this puaa developement makai of pualani dev. We believe the infrastructure is not in
place [o handle this added traffic to the queens hgy at this time. As you know, we already have gridlock on this highway tram
early am to pm north to south and need relief for this congestion before allowing any more residential developement. This
should be rejected just like Chris[ns was in the recent past. We also are opposed to the proposed bloating of county govt, by
mayor Kim by adding more staff to county govt. We agree to the need for security at [he community pool and increased
police patrols and firemen for west hawaii, but not more staff in Hilo that we
may not even be able to pay for next year. Please help reduce the size of county govt. -not increase it. "the least government
is the best"
thank you for your consideration as we can't attend the meeting at King Kam hotel on Sunday to express our feelings.
