Pursuant to Section 14-3, Hawaii County Charter, and Rule No. 13 of the Council Rules of
Procedure, this is to disclose that my son, Che Pilago, is employed with the Department of Public
Works -Highways Division.
This matter was presented to Corporation Counsel for his review, and it was concluded that I am
