AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 04-75, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2004 TO
JUNE 30, 2005.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 04-75, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and Financing
Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PARKS & RECREATION:
Pahala Swimming Pool Improvements $85,000.00
(Account Number 1 ] 0-599-5597.89-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund-Fund Balance and/or Other Sources $85,000.00
(Council Contingency Relief)
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
