10VMR~:~S, the Kona Coast Resort has donated $500 to the Hawaii County Police
Departmebnt's Special Response Team, in appreciation of their services benefiting the Kona
Community and its visitors; and
ln/l'I~I~AS, Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter provides that the Council,
on behalf of the County, may accept gifts or donations of personal praperty; and
96VI°t~R~AS, the Hawaii County Police Department recommends the acceptance of this
donation.
