Code Relating to Subdivision of Land
Please pass Bill 80 which would prevent future subdivisions that are not
really agricultural in nature from being built on agricultural land unless and
until the proposed project goes through a rezoning process.
The subdivision approval process currently in use, often circumvents public
scrutiny and continues to allow subdivision of agricultural land without
regard to its true value.
