Subject: Strongly support Bill 80
Aloha,
I urge you to support Bill 80. It is important to protect our agricultural lands. Bill 80 would hopefully
prevent future subdivisions that are not really agricultural from being built on agricultural land (unless
rezoned). Developers would have to seek rezoning (a public process), rather than subdivision approval
(which is done behind closed doors) for non-ag projects on ag. land. I fully support Bill 80. Please
help get this bill into ]aw.
