Subject: Support for Bill 80
We'd like to express our support to the Corromittee on Planning for Bill 80.
We feel that the integrity of the County G~r?e~ra1 Plan and the planning process is
best served by only allowing future subdivisions to be developed on land that is
zoned for such development. If a developer wants to build a residential subdivision
on ag land, they should take the steps to properly rezone that land.
